When we heard that hardworking local chef Becky Barch-Fischer was to be the new executive chef at Hudson’s on the Bend, we scrambled to include her in this feature although she didn’t actually start work there until Nov. 13.”Becky is one of the most talented chefs in town,” says Hudson’s chef/owner Jeff Blank, “and we’re very lucky to get her.” Look for items such as these rabbit and pepita dumplings on a bed of mustard greens with a caramelized pear demi-glace on chef Becky’s new menu.
