1. Marimount Cafeteria: There’s something for everyone at this home-style cafeteria. It’s fast, inexpensive, and your child will love the extra-plush highchairs.
2. Juan in a Million: Most 2-year-olds I know love beans, cheese, chips, and guacamole. This place is inexpensive, informal, and always full of kids. The backyard patio is enclosed and offers a great place for little feet to run around while you enjoy your lunch.
3. Central Market Cafe (Lamar): Offers an extensive variety of menu items, outdoor dining, live music, and a (recently upgraded) playground.
4. Hoover’s Cooking: This Southern-style cafe is always bustling. They offer crayons for the little ones and a kid-friendly waitstaff. Kids beg for the macaroni and cheese.
5. Dim Sum at Tien Hong or T&S Seafood: Kids love the fish tanks and the sticky rice.
