Pho Huang is hidden in the strip center at the southeast corner of Rutland and Burnet, but seek it out and you won’t be disappointed. The limited menu shines with stellar dishes such as the bun with grilled ground beef, lemongrass, and spices, the crushed rice plate with shredded pork and pork skin and chargrilled chicken, and the excellent pho No. 24 with every conceivable form of beef. Top-notch fruit milkshakes and lime sodas. No credit cards accepted.
