Tan Tan has a very loyal following of devoted fans, and they turn out one of the best bowls of vermicelli noodles with assorted toppings in Austin (tied for first on our list, in fact). The bowls of pho feature a tasty, rich stock, and diners really should venture beyond these two basics to try some of their other menu items, such as the bun with Vietnamese shrimp curry, or the assorted meats on crispy pan-fried noodles. We’ve never had a less than superb meal here.
