Of the smaller Viet noodle houses, Tm Deli enjoys a vaunted reputation. They offer several unique dishes that come highly recommended, such as the shrimp and shredded yam cakes, the shrimp stuffed tofu, and the crab meat and shrimp paste soup. All of their versions of the standards are excellent, and they feature surprisingly delectable French baked goods. Tm should reside way, way up there on your list of favorite Viet cafes — it’s that good.
