The menu will be helmed by the relatively new Jacoby’s executive chef Albert Gonzalez, formerly of Apothecary. He will be joined in the kitchen by Austin Ewald and in the front of the house by general manager Kaity Zitz, both of who have been part of the Jacoby’s team since opening day. Kris Swift, the creative director of the restaurant group, will be overseeing the decor – bringing design elements from Texas and Mexico.
