The first weekend of every February, supporters of Project Transitions host themed dinner parties in private homes. The food and the company are always fascinating and the money raised goes to support PT’s programs for folks in our community who are living with HIV/AIDS.

On Saturday, Feb. 2, there will be 27 different parties from which to choose, everything from Dinner in the Land of the Midnight Sun to Japanese-Inspired French, to Arabian Nights and a Culinary Tour of Costa Rica. There will be vegetarian feasts, cozy farmhouse suppers, old movie tributes, and cocktail parties – truly something to entice every palate. As always, the dinners will be followed by a fabulous champagne and dessert reception at The Nest (1009 W. Sixth). If you didn’t get an invitation in the mail, check out the full party listings and make a reservation. Don’t dally now, these dinners are known to sell out in a hurry! Tickets are only $100 per person; not much for a delightful evening out, doing good for the community.
