Regency Caterers at the Hyatt (208 Barton Springs) are putting the city’s
first exclusive glatt kosher kitchen to good use. They will present a
Kosher Restaurant Night every month with reservations required. This month, the
kosher dinner is scheduled for Sunday, January 19, 6-9pm in the Foothills
Ballroom II. The reasonably priced, four-course meal will be complemented by a
full bar. Call 480-2002 for menu info and to make
