The cooking tent at this weekend’s Texas Book Festival offers up an inviting menu of cooking demonstrations and panel discussions on a variety of timely culinary topics. Members of the Chronicle Food staff have checked out the food-related books selected for this showcase, and we’ve got several tasty bites to recommend.
