Next up, the Trinchero Family Estates of Napa Valley present their wines with a five-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Mark Malowski. Dinner is $159.03 per couple, all inclusive; reservations are necessary. Saturday, Jan. 26, 6:30pm.

The Texas Conference on Organic Production Systems: Nour­ish­ing Agriculture takes place next weekend at the Hilton Conference Center in College Station. The event is open to all aspiring or current farmers and gardeners and members of the public with an interest in sustainable agriculture and healthy eating.
