We normally would send you to Wild Bubba’s Wild Game Grill, Wyman Gilliam’s wild game burger joint in Elroy, for some fantastic buffalo, elk, venison, wild boar, kangaroo, or antelope burgers; he is located a stone’s throw from the COTA gate. But this year Wyman will be set up inside the racetrack, so look for him there. If he is making the sow-cow (part bacon/part beef) or the cabrito burger, order several; they are so good you can’t stop at one.
