Every three months, Austin Books and Comics gives ladies a chance to hang out with their fellow comic book lovers, play board games and listen as local women present their upcoming projects. There’s also plenty of food and prizes!
#bossbabesATX hosts a series of meetups where women can discuss business, creative industries and their individual passions. The town-hall-style meetups include announcements, local vendors, and a DJ’d dance hour.
Love craft beer? Then this hop happy group is for you. The Beer Necessities meet 3 to 4 times a month at various bars and breweries around Austin. Take a tour or just hang out and make a few new friends!
Who doesn’t love a good brunch? Each month, the Austin branch of Geek Girl Brunch hosts meetups with different pop culture themes and swag from local business.
If you’re looking for an active ladies social group, then check out Bikin’ Betties. Every other week the group rides a different route to explore the city. This is a beginner friendly group, with no one getting left behind. The ride usually ends at a fun destination with time to relax and hang out.
