You may recognize Elijah Ford, Austin musician by way of California, from his earlier days on tour with Ryan Bingham & The Dead Horses. Maybe you know him as the son of former Black Crowes’ guitarist, Marc Ford. This Saturday, you can get to know him even better at the CD Release Party of his second solo album, Ashes.

Inspired by Indie and rock bands like The Shins, The Strokes and St. Vincent, Ford combines his unique vocals with lively melodies to create a sound that’s all his own.

Joining him on Saturday will be singer-songwriter, Amy Cook, and rock-and-rollers, Quaker City Night Hawks. With a bill like this, you’ll want to show up early and stay late.
