Daniel Swayze's Beerthoven series of casual but classical shindigs returns with a full slate of beertastic and Ludwiggian shows, this season opener featuring the world premiere of Niko Schroeder's "The Ballad of Young King Gambrinus," commemorating the European folk hero and unofficial patron saint of beer. Bonus: The Aldebaran Saxophone Quartet, and – another premiere – James Parker's "Seven Streams, Seven Wonders."
