In “Election Ticker: They Ban, We Plan” (News, September 23), the article incorrectly stated that Celia Israel spoke at the UT Students for Planned Parenthood and Planned Parenthood Texas Votes panel; she planned to be on the panel but did not attend due to day-of miscommunication, per her campaign. The Chronicle regrets the error.
