In our article about the labor dispute between Bomax Contractors and Carpenters Local Union 1266 (see “Prevailing Wage Doesn’t Always Prevail,” Jan. 20) we said that Bartlett Cocke was hired by the Texas Facilities Commission as the general contractor on the Dewitt C. Greer State Highway Building renovation. The construction firm was actually hired directly by the Texas Department of Transportation.
