In the News story “What’s Next for Bankrupt SOS?” (April 13) we incorrectly reported that in its bankruptcy filing, the advocacy group cited more than $200,000 in costs stemming from an unsuccessful lawsuit against the Rock Creek development in Dripping Springs. The judgment was actually for two suits, one against Rock Creek and another filed against the Belterra development, also in Dripping Springs. The Chronicle regrets the omission.
In the April 20 “Page Two,” Don Ed Hardy was mistakenly referred to as Jack Ed Hardy. The Chronicle regrets the error.
