What’s new in the HIV/AIDS world? As its next HIV education program, ASA will tackle that question at a free Dinner With the Doctor on Wednesday, Aug. 25. Bob Wallace, M.D., will be here from Miami to review what was presented at the biannual World AIDS Conference recently held in Bangkok, Thailand.

With almost 20 years experience treating HIV, Wallace is one of the most respected physician-presenters in the country, much in demand for client-talks like this one, as well as for major professional conferences. He has attended most of the World Conferences, so he will have special insight as to what was important, by comparison to other years. Presently, Wallace is associate director of medical affairs at pharmaceutical manufacturer Gilead Sciences, the maker of Viread and Emtriva.
