The Good

• ENDA has passed out of committee, and is headed to the full Senate.

• Nancy Goldstein has written a scathing indictment of Russia’s anti-gay pogroms.

The Bad

• The perpetrator of a 1991 Texas gay-bashing turned deadly is up for parole; Equality Texas says no way.

• Bradley Manning was found guilty on all counts, except “aiding the enemy.” Because that would make the American public ‘the enemy.’

• RIP Robot; the owner of Numbers nightclub in Houston has died.

The Fugly

• PolitiFact gets up in Texas’ anti-discrimination discussion, demonstrating once again their strained relationship with “truth.”
