HOLY CRAP! TEXAS (almost) just lost its marriage ban!

Discrimination is bad for business, even in Oklahoma. It’s probably unconstitutional anyway. Besides, Takei hates it and even Jan Brewer will veto it. Not even Ohio’s gonna try now. Hell, the folks at Fox News Channel even think it’s crazy.

Heteronormatives are becoming more eager to drag us into their institution of marriage.

The Bad

Even without a marriage ban, Texas lobbyists still have the right to be jerks.

Rush Limbaugh still has a job.

Lobbyist doesn’t realize he’s already probably showered with gay teammates.

Even if Dan Patrick’s social media intern was cool as it gets, they still worked for an asshole.
