Tonight, Friday, Jan. 25, is gay Galveston‘s big night out as the Krewe of Banner kicks off the weekend at the historic venue on a long pier over the Gulf of Mexico, The Balinese Room. Many other krewes also will have their balls and festivities across the island.

NOTE: The Balinese listing for the Krewe of Banner Ball lists it as private. It is open to the public this year. You may purchase tickets for $10 at the door.

P.S.: If you Google “gay galveston” up pops a picture of This Guy. Seems he has bent over backward (?) to earn his place in the pantheon of teh gay. A free Unicorn (for true) to the first schmuck who can identify him via the Gay Place Email. Truly OUTRAGEOUS.
