Team Spare Change: The Stack

Two estranged siblings make their way through a fantastical world of a building with the assistance of a mysterious wanderer. The Stack draws from traditional musical theatre and contemporary electronica sounds to create a new approach to the art form.

Game designers and theatre artists collaborate to fuse gaming and live theatre. The performance is a demo version of a game woven into a one-act musical play that combines live actors with digital environments and animation.

Team Permutations: The Empty Bowl

A holy-roller, an exacting entrepreneur, and a committed nihilist, stranded in a decaying house built by sugar and slaves, argue the finer points of illumination through outsourcing, self-mutilation, and the measured consumption of rice. Who will get the last bite from this pressure-cooker?
