Body, Soon To Be In Motion

Because it’s Lisa Del Rosario, Errin Delperdang, Rosalyn Nasky, and Lindsey Taylor. Because they have restless leg syndrome of the corpus callosum. Because bright brains serve madness as well as they serve sanity.

What these four dancers are going to show you at Co-Lab Space on the Eastside this weekend, we’re trying to say, is going to light up neural receptors you didn’t even know you had.

Now, admittedly, some of you may not like that. Because, admittedly, some of you may prefer to watch the pages of your disintegrating Reader’s Digest issues dancing in the breeze from the fan while you listen to old Paul Anka records on the Victrola you stole from some Diplodocus in your youth.

But some others of you are gonna be there, in the space where Sean Gaulager‘s usually got some kind of visual/performative installation going on instead, and you’re going to be thrilled by these four very distinct demonstrations of movement and energy from these four very distinct women.

It’s happening on Friday and Saturday, July 8 & 9, at 8pm, at 613 Allen in the 78702.

Oh hell, here’s the website.

See you there, in the lucky crowd.
