For some, being wedged in-between two ACLs is like being chained to a radiator at the nexus of a misanthropic hellscape. It’s no laughing matter. The payoff, though, for many who shun ACL’s teeming masses and more mainstream bent is November’s more fun, and funnier, Fun Fun Fun Festival.
And there’s eye-popping news on the FFF Comedy front: Organizers announced this morning that stand-up behemoth Sarah Silverman will join a murderer’s row on the JASH Yellow Comedy Stage that also includes Tenacious D, Patton Oswalt, Craig Robinson, Jenny Slate, and Doug Benson, among others.
The 42-year-old comedian, writer, and actresses (who had a major presence at April’s Moontower Comedy Festival) will perform on Friday, Nov. 8 at the cozy State Theatre for the FFF Nights Program, and is scheduled for the Auditorium Shores grounds on Sunday, Nov. 10.
