Table, will be at Toad Hall Children’s Bookstore for a booksigning,
1:30-3pm… Singer-songwriter, humorist, and author Kinky Friedman will appear
at BookPeople, singing, reading, and also signing his latest novel, God
Bless John Wayne, 2pm… Novelist Sharyn McCrumb is celebrating the release
of She Walks These Hills in paperback at Adventures in Space and Crime,
2-4pm… From 3-5pm at Mysteries & More, it’s the mystery buffs
delight as the bookstore presents several popular writers for booksignings.
Included are Nancy Pickard, author of the award-winning Jenny Cain series, who
will sign her latest release, Twilight. Janet Evanovich will celebrate
the paperback release of her award-winning One for the Money. Deborah
Crombie will be on hand to sign the latest in her award-nominated series,
Leave the Grave Green, and Thomas Lipinski will sign his highly
acclaimed mystery, The Fall Down Artist, a nominee for the Shamus
award.

* THU, SEPT 14: BookPeople presents a special reading of Atoms, Bombs and
Eskimo Kisses: A Memoir of Father and Son. Neither biography nor
autobiography, it is the story of Emilio and Claudio Segr�, who worked
on the Los Alamos project. Claudio’s wife and son will read from the book,
