TankBooks is combining two extinguishing passions cigarette design and printed books to create these awesome (if dangerously twee) pocket-sized classic reads.
According to the publishers site, We have launched a series of books designed to mimic cigarette packs the same size, packaged in flip-top cartons with silver foil wrapping and sealed in cellophane.
Titles include Joseph Conrads Heart of Darkness, Ernest Hemingways The Undefeated and The Snows of Kilimanjaro, Franz Kafkas The Metamorphosis and In the Penal Colony, Rudyard Kiplings The Man Who Would Be King, The Phantom Rickshaw and Black Jack, Robert Louis Stevensons Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, and Leo Tolstoys The Death of Ivan Ilych and Father Sergius.
What about the ladies, though, huh? Were thinking some sweet Edna St. Vincent Millay sonnetry Only Until This Cigarette Is Ended would fit right in. Or too on the nose?
