This weekend, Austin and a half-dozen other hip cities (holla, Hadley, Mass.!) will take part in the Indie Lit Roadshow. Click through for a rundown of Austin’s three-day extravaganza.

From Dec. 10-12, The ND at 501 Studios (501 N. IH-35) will play host to some of Austin’s favorite regular reading series, including Friday night’s The Encyclopedia Show (in which the Chronicle‘s own Audra Schroeder will drop some knowledge alongside other writers and performers) and Saturday night’s Teleportal Reading (from the fine folks at Monofonus Press). Sunday promises a nine-hour free fair with tables from American Short Fiction, Bat City Review, BookWoman, Domy Books, Effing Press, and Monofonus, plus readings sprinkled liberally throughout.

Further details may be found here, or, if you prefer visuals, in the rather charming video embedded above.
