If you’re a UT student, the UT Performing Arts Center wants you to vote on Nov. 2 so much that it’s trying to coax you into the voting booth with free tickets. The PAC – not to be confused with a political action committee – has hooked up with UT’s student government to offer one free ticket for one of its 2004-2005 shows to each Longhorn who shows proof of voter registration, UT student ID, and a “Ticket for Voting” coupon from The Daily Texan.
