Of course there isn’t anything like a good lutefisk enchilada, because 1) such a thing doesn’t exist, thank Odin; and, 2) if it did exist, what sick freak would ever call it “good”?
That would be taking the whole foodie “fusion” thing too far.
Even if your dual-exhaust, supercharged Hobart mixer could do the Kessel Run in under 12 parsecs, that’d still be taking the whole foodie “fusion” thing a little too far.
What you might wanna do, though … what you might wanna do, if you’re Danny Palumbo, is take the whole foodie “fusion” thing just far enough.
You know Palumbo, right? Winner of the Funniest Person In Austin contest in 2015, recently moved out to L.A. to hawk his stand-up wares all Tinseltownwise?
He’s also, sometimes, a professional chef – and thus equipped with sufficient kitchen knowledge and comedy chops to create such spot-on parodies of culinary excess as the websites for Abbrev’s and lil buco.
Hilarious stuff.
