SpaRitual: Write it down! It’s made especially for nail-biters like myself, who need acrylic nails or the constant reapplication of nail polish in a never-ending attempt to axe the disgusting habit of chewin’ on the claws. (It’s not really made exclusively for nail-biters.
I just assume the world revolves around me.) So why must you grab a pen and write “SpaRitual” on your to-get list? Because this DBP–, Formaldehyde–, and Toluene–free, vegan polish does not come off! A SpaRitual manicure lasts like polish over acrylic but is just polish, a combo I’ve been waiting for. I received the luxury of a mini-retreat at Milk + Honey spa as a gift, and besides damn near getting off during my massage and facial, I also ended up finding my new nail necessity. At the time I couldn’t figure out how the hell a manicure, (and one not even involving the intricate skill needed for the application of horrid acrylic nails), could cost fifty big ones. A week later after two bar-tending shifts, gardening, and an at-home tire rotating session, my nails were chip-free and still lookin’ gorgeous. I was in such awe that I had to call the spa and see what they used. The goods are totally affordable and easy to find online. The nail tech also used the SpaRitual cuticle/stain remover before the polish and it worked amazingly as well. A triple SpaRitual polish combo (base, color, top coat) is needed for the ever-lasting effect; just be ready for it to stay there for at least a week. We highly suggest the Lacquer Lock Colorstay Base Coat and the Impeccable Protective Polish Shield, which are priced at fifteen dollars each at www.skinstore.com. P.S. They also have new colors in a matte finish.
