This is the week of the annual Art From the Streets sale, in which artwork by some of our city’s gifted but homeless creators is offered for sale. This year’s AFTS show, which boasts 2,300 works of art ranging in price from $30 to $350, is Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 13-14, noon-5pm, at the Austin Resource Center for the Homeless, 500 E. Seventh. As always, all proceeds go directly to the artist. Diana Welch provides more information in “Naked City,” p.26.
