In this episode of Q&A Hole, we prompt musicians to debate the price of fame.
“You can have up to ten chart topping albums, but for ever one you release you lose a finger at random. When it’s all said and done, how many appendages will you have left on your hands?”
That’s the question we posed to Abhi the Nomad, Lou Lou Ghelichkhani of Night Glitter and Thievery Corporation, Shinyribs’ Kevin Russell, Jim Campo of Berkshire Hounds and Magic Rockers of Texas, and Moving Panoramas singer/guitarist Leslie Sisson.
At the time of this videos publication, all five artists still have all their fingers and thumbs… and none of them have a number one record.
Q&A Hole is edited by John Anderson, produced by Tamar Price, and thought up by myself, music and cannabis reporter Kevin Curtin. Jana Birchum and Jacob Schmidt recorded the audio, and the theme song is by Kevin Curtin, Jonas Wilson, and Timothy Abdnour.
