Electronic music duo the Knocks first collaborated with singer-songwriter Dragonette on the 2022 release “Slow Song.” Last year, the partnership blossomed into a collaborative synth-pop project titled Revelation. RuPaul’s Drag Race season 10 winner Aquaria will perform during the headlining set, with opening support coming from local DJ Boogietraxx.

Woofstock 

Friday 27, Meanwhile Brewing

KGSR’s benefit for Austin Animal Center levels up to a three-act lineup this year. Performers for the event are Jac with No K, Tallula Junction, and singer-songwriter Elijah Delgado, who is coming off his first South by Southwest as an official showcasing artist. Admission is free, but donations will be accepted on-site.

Sonic Guild Song Circle 

Wednesday 1, the 04 Center

This Sonic Guild version of the South Austin venue’s songwriters in the round-styled series features a soulful lineup. Participants for this edition are Daniel Fears, Lew Apollo, Somebody Someone, and Motenko.

Nori 

Wednesday 1, Monks Jazz Club

The Akina Adderley-fronted quintet covers arrangements from artists such as John Coltrane, Bob Dylan, and Nina Simone. Nori’s most recent album, Walking Foot, was released last summer.
