The Texas Organic Farmers & Gardeners Association hosts its annual conference on organic production – From the Ground Up at the Killeen Civic & Conference Center (3601 S. W.S. Young Dr., 254/501-3888). The event will include farm tours; a trade show; roundtable discussions; workshops on topics ranging from marketing to rainwater collection and the production of artisanal cheeses, pecans, and cut flowers; plus the most current information of organic growing and sustainable agriculture.
