The owners of Yaghi’s Pizza have concentrated their attention on Austin’s outskirts; they are a thriving pizzeria business with locations in Cedar Park, Pflugerville, far South Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, and Bee Cave. If you live in any of these areas, you can get it delivered; if you live in Central Austin, you’ve probably never had it. But if you are out on Hwy. 71 to (or from) the lake, Yaghi’s Bee Cave location (next to the H-E-B) is the perfect place to grab a genuine, thin-crust New York-style pizza to take with you. Yaghi’s pizza is the foldable, bubbles in the crust, light on the cheese pizza ubiquitous in the Northeast, but (until recently) hard to find in Austin. It is authentic and inexpensive, and for any transplanted East Coast folks, a little slice of home. Yaghi’s also sells calzones, salads, pizza rolls, buffalo wings, hot subs, and pasta.
