UPDATED: Austin-Area Emergency Shelters
In addition to the central emergency shelter at Palmer Events Center, three new centers are reportedly open now. These sites have extremely limited capacity and are intended for the most vulnerable, such as people who need power for medical devices. UPDATE: Palmer is reportedly at capacity. Center at Northeast High was moved to Reilly Elementary. Current list as of Feb. 18::- :
