REVIEWED By Marjorie Baumgarten, Thu., March 29, 2001
A fabled film in the history of cinema, Une Salle Histoire (A Dirty Story) deals uncomfortably with the subject of voyeurism. The story involves a friend of Eustache who accidentally found a restaurant peephole into the ladies restroom and become a daily customer until, to his relief, he discovered it plastered over. Eustache tells this story twice, each time in a radically different fashion.
