When the über-rich discover a unicorn, they figure out how to exploit it (naturally) in this dark A24 corporate satire meets creature horror. When the film had its world premiere at SXSW 2025, the Chronicle’s Jessi Cape wrote: “It’s nearly two hours of frenzied unicorn carnage and it’s a corny-horny blast. With the real world monsters knocking at our doors, we could all use some billionaire bludgeoning and a psychedelic fantasy to remind us of how important it is to take a vacation.” (Read full write-up, and see also Richard Whittaker’s interview with writer-director Alex Scharfman.)
