Black Belt Jones

Black Belt Jones

1974, R, 87 min. Directed by Robert Clouse. Starring Jim Kelly, Gloria Hendry, Scatman Crothers, Eric Laneuville.

REVIEWED By Marjorie Baumgarten, Tue., Nov. 6, 2001

This blaxploitation kung fu picture is by the same core team who made Enter the Dragon and co-stars the much-overlooked Gloria Hendry. The story pits the students of a kung fu school in Watts against the mobsters who want the property.
