Joint City Council & Planning Commission Meeting

The two bodies will meet to discuss changes to the Land Development Code: allowing up to three housing units on single-family properties; revising regulations that apply to properties with two housing units; and removing restrictions on the number of unrelated adults living in a housing unit. Public comment is welcome in person or by phone.
