Heroes Shed No Tears

1986, NR, 93 min. Directed by John Woo. Starring Yuet Sang Chin, Doo Hee Jang, Ho Kon Kim, Eddy Ko.

REVIEWED By Marjorie Baumgarten, Fri., Nov. 19, 1993

This 1986 Hong Kong action film from the international king of the shoot-'em-up is just now making it to American shores, presumably on the coattails of Woo's U.S. breakthrough with Hard Target. The story involves a DEA agent hooking up with a retired soldier to dethrone a drug lord.
