In this week's Gift Guide section, Kimberley Jones writes about the lovely new package of Krzysztof Kieslowski films.

The revered director's Three Colors trilogy has been handsomely assembled in a Criterion Collection, infused with lots of extras and makes a perfect for that certain cinephile in your life.

However, before these films became a collectible collection, Kieslowski's Blue, White, and Red were three individual works – parts of a trilogy that were released separately. All were reviewed in the Chronicle at the time of their release in Austin and can be read here: Blue, White, and Red.
