Nothing says sports like stats and brackets, and this Saturday the Texas Rollergirls set the seeding for their championship rankings. After years cooling their heels at the bottom of the heap, the Hell Marys are season leaders at 2-0: When they face the Hotrod Honeys in the evening's main event, they'll be hoping to secure that top position and send their old nemeses down to playoff Hades. The Hotrods' pink and black machine is tied at 1-1 with the Honky Tonk Heartbreakers, but when it comes to deciding brackets it all comes down to points differential. The Hotrods have that edge, but anyone counting the Heartbreakers' fearsome jammer roster out of contention should check their calculations. They'll be trying to break the numbers barrier against the Hustlers: The 2011 champions have suffered this season, trying to integrate a contingent of rookies into their machinery with rocky results. But who's to say they haven't been playing bracket-busting possum? Sat., June 2, 6pm. Austin Convention Center, 500 E. Cesar Chavez, 241-3715. $15 ($12, advance).
