Out for Justice
1991.
Directed by John Flynn, Narrated by , Voices by , Starring Steven Seagal, William Forsythe, Jerry Orbach.

I didn’t care much for this movie. It’s brutal and it’s brutalizing. It seeks to make the audience an accomplice rather than a rational observer. Seagal is a fascinating hero: he’s not slick, he’s not real handsome, he’s a real strange dresser, and he doesn’t seem all that nice a guy. Nevertheless, he’s interesting and he’s unpredictable. He gives me the creeps. There’s very little good to say about this movie, but there’s surprisingly little bad either.
