On Springdale Farmer's Stand Days (Wednesday and Saturday mornings) enjoy a breakfast/brunch after buying locally-made goods and fresh produce. On Friday and Saturday evenings, enjoy a prix fixe. Both of the meals are made with ingredients reflecting the current harvest.
