Most days, Uroko functions as a counter-service Temaki (hand roll) bar, but on Friday and Saturday nights the restaurant switches over to a reservation-only, 45 minute Omakase style sushi dinner. Thursdays night, take a hands-on sushi rolling class with chefs Masazumi Saio and Takehiro Asazu.
