Although Austin received a thorough soaking this past weekend, the inaugural Waterloo Music Festival debuted at Carson Creek Ranch, Sept. 7-9, with few hitches and promoters promising bigger and better next year. Headliners all three nights, String Cheese Incident are seen here soundchecking.
