After organizers canceled "Justice For Them All: March For Black Lives and Freedom" at the last minute, protesters gathered anyway in front of the Texas State Capitol and eventually marched to City Hall where they clashed with police on May 31, 2020 after the death of George Floyd and Mike Ramos. Protests continued on Sunday afternoon into the evening outside of APD headquarters, intermittently blocking traffic on I-35. Police deployed tear gas, smoke, and bean bag bullets against protesters.
