Following a homicide during a July 25 Black Lives Matter demonstration at Fourth & Congress that resulted in the shooting death of protester Garrett Foster, hundreds of Austinites reconvened at the site on Sunday, July 26, for a vigil, then continued to City Hall for a rally that lasted until 1am.
