Brewskee Ball at Scoot Inn

Sixty-four rollers from four American cities descended on Austin this weekend to take part in the Brewskee-Ball National Championships, a single-elimination bracket-style skeeball tournament to determine the country’s best roller. Austin’s Roy “Brewbacca” Hinojosa finished in the tournament’s top eight, losing to eventual champion Jon “Snakes on a Lane” Ciuffreda, from Brooklyn. See our full report in this Thursday’s paper.
